Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products eligible for return can be returned within 10 days of receiving the product.

2. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery at:

Reason for return

Clear images of the defective/incorrect product

3. Quality Check & Pickup

A pickup for defective products will be arranged from our end.

Once we receive the product, our Quality Check Team will verify the issue.

After verification, our Customer Care team will contact you regarding the next steps.

Important:

Returned products must be unused, unworn, and have original tags intact.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the original mode of payment.

Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after the product is received and approved.

5. Discretion

All returns are subject to the discretion and approval of the company.

6. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided

Three failed delivery attempts by the courier partner

Package refused by the recipient

7. Color Disclaimer

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor and screen settings across devices, we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.

8. Size Exchange Policy

Please refer to the size guide and garment measurements on each product page before purchasing.

If you require a different size of the same style:

a. Contact our Customer Care team to schedule a reverse pickup.

b. Once the unused product is received and approved, a credit note will be issued (after deducting applicable shipping charges).

c. The credit note can be used to place a new order for the alternate size.
